This has been an outstanding experience, and I am so excited to leave a review. Dave was recommended by my neighbor. I was told when the inspector came, he told my neighbor, "I would let this guy build my deck." From the initial bid to the final product, we have been delighted. The bid was professional and detailed and provided three options for cost. Dave even came out for a second measurement when he had a question from the permit office. The materials and dumpster were delivered promptly. They built a wood frame in our yard to protect the grass from the stacked wood. Extreme care was taken with the placement of 4 foot deep footings and to correct structural issues from the previous deck. When they found rotted wood under the ledger board, Dave was able to order a separate lumber delivery to correct the issue as he admitted he expects to find that "10% of the time." His crew was delightful and extremely hard working. They easily fixed my one concern when a deck board seam was at the top of the stairs, and I was worried my dogs would claw it up. The deck is beyond solid. The pergola is supported by its own posts and footings. The back door bump out now has its own pair of posts to support it. They were very good about clean up and the final touches. I will add more pictures when I get the furniture in place, but I am so excited to share. In 25 years, when I need a new deck, I will have Dave's grandson replace it.

Dave reinforced the deck at my new house to support a hot tub and also leveled it out since it wasn’t quite up to code prior to his arrival. It’s now a fortress (Dave exceeded the engineers specifications) and I would feel comfortable having my hot tub and another 50 people up there!

I highly recommend Dave and his crew! I needed some work done on our deck and let Dave know that we were expecting some friends/family over and would like to have the railing completed ASAP.
